Refund policy
We accept returns in the form of exchanges or store credit only. You must contact us via email OR have your item post-marked within 14 days of receiving your product or we will no longer be able to issue an exchange/credit. The product must be in the condition it was sent with tags still on if it came that way. Please do not contact us via social media for exchanges as they will not be valid because we don’t always see those requests. If we have the item to exchange for a different size we can do so, otherwise we will issue you a credit in the form of an e-gift card for the item total. All sales are always final on any sales or sale items. If you send back a sale item, it will be placed in our pickup bin, or shipped back at customers expense. All eligible returns can be sent to the address below within 14 days, please make sure to have your order slip inside. Return shipping is not covered by Camora. Thank you so much!
